Family stay with a twist of comfort
Booked a Luxury Queen Room for 2 nights and it was modern and well appointed. The valet guys were good, especially the older guy who really went out of his way to help us. Also, the breakfast was great, a solid buffet that kept the kids happy for sure.
It's not the cheapest place around but it's worth it.

missingWrote a review on Oct 18frequent interruptionsunhelpful check-out team
I felt quite disappointed with my experience. The cleaning staff interrupted my peace several times a day, despite my requests for privacy. On check-out, the receptionist didn’t bother to ask about my stay, leaving me feeling unvalued. Additionally, I was unaware of the late check-out option, which could have alleviated my wait at the airport.

The hotel was great, featuring a cozy yet chic atmosphere with fabulous jazz playing upon entering. The bed and bathroom were fantastic, although the toilet door lacked privacy and the Nespresso machine was finicky. Overall, the location was excellent, being near shows and attractions.

Had an awesome time with my friends here! The staff were super welcoming, and the location is perfect for a fun getaway. Don't miss the lovely decor and the great breakfast options! Can't wait to come back.
Unfortunately, some of our friends struggled with lukewarm water in the mornings, which made showering less pleasant. We let the front desk know, but it was a bit of a letdown.

Unexpected charm in a suite
The suite was well-appointed with a cozy atmosphere. The staff made our stay memorable with their warmth and attentiveness. Location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
Unfortunately, the decor felt a bit dated, with low lighting making it hard to see at times. It gave an unsettling vibe, which detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it convenient for evening events nearby. The room was clean and modern, featuring a comfortable bed and a well-designed bathroom stocked with high-quality toiletries. Friendly staff made my solo trip enjoyable, even sending tea to my room when I returned soaking wet from the rain. Unfortunately, I encountered lukewarm water during my shower, which was less than ideal.

Just a reliable pick for a city trip in Toronto with great value. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us secure a reservation at a busy sports bar before the game. Make sure to ask the concierge team for tips on local attractions.
